Shipping policy

UK Delivery

All UK orders are dispatched on a free next working day delivery service. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout for guidance (please note these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed).

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Bulk International Orders

International orders are limited to 2 units per order through our online store. If you would like to order 3 or more units for international delivery, please contact us at info@gutaxis.co.uk before placing your order and we will provide a shipping quote within one business day.

Delays and Issues

Gut Axis is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us at info@gutaxis.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.
